Charles grew up in Bournemouth, UK, and began playing tennis at age 5. He trained at the West Hants Club and represented Dorset in both junior and men’s competitions. After high school, he played college tennis at Spring Hill College in Alabama, where he earned accolades such as SIAC All-Conference singles and doubles team honors, as well as a perfect record in the 2023 season, contributing to his team’s first conference championship and NCAA tournament appearance.
Charles studied Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management and became a certified LTA tennis coach. His passion for the game has led him to join the Pontchartrain Racquet Club, where he is excited to help players of all levels unlock their full potential.
